The Federal Internship for Newcomers Program (FINP) provides newcomers with the opportunity to gain Canadian work experience within the federal government and private sector organizations, with a view to improving integration into the Canadian labour market.
OCISO’s Career Mentoring Program in partnership with FINP provides mentoring support to the Interns within and beyond their Internship.

OCISO provides volunteer Mentors with on-going guidance/tools and conducts a comprehensive follow up with Mentors and Mentees during the mentoring period.
