Dr. Fran Klodawsky is a long-standing member of Temple Israel Ottawa, serving most recently as Co-Chair of the Task Force on Responses to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. Until she retired in 2017, she was a Full Professor in the Department of Geography and Environmental Studies at Carleton University and is now a Professor Emerita. She was a founding member of and Academic Advisor to City for All Women Initiative until 2017 and was Secretary of the Board of Women and Cities International between 2006 and 2017. In the past, she also served as Chair of the Research and Evaluation Committee of the Alliance to End Homelessness in Ottawa and as President and Vice-President of Multifaith Housing Initiative (between 2003 and 2014). She currently sits on the Board and Executive of Multifaith Housing Initiative and chairs its Membership and Outreach Committee.
Pastor Reuel Kofi Dartey is a singer/songwriter, worshipper and recording artist from Ottawa, Ontario Canada. Pastor Kofi is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the College of Social Workers of Ontario, and holds a BSW Degree from Carleton University. Kofi sits on the CASO Race and Faith Based Equity Community Advisory Committee. He holds a Master of Arts in Theology, with a specialization in Church History from Liberty University and Seminary (Lynchburg, VA). Pastor Kofi is a PhD candidate in Organizational Leadership at South Eastern University in Lakeland Florida. Kofi has received notable recognition for his work with the young people, including the Ghanaian Canadian achievement award for excellence in community outreach and religion.
Ahmad Jijan has a Bachelor's degree from Al Mustafa University, and also holds a diploma in Business Administration. He is currently completing a Master's program in Islamic Dialectical Theology. Jijan has committed to social work with UNHCR supporting and lobbying for human rights in Indonesia.
Tony Michel is a Leader from the Baha’i Faith.
